Understanding how we used to live can often influence how we decide to build the future.

This is why the Society spends considerable time and effort understanding our heritage. We do this through painstaking historical research. We are indebted to the historians, archivists and volunteers who have so generously given their time and talent to contribute to the archive of material we possess today.
