Meeting with the Residents’ Associations of Chelsea

At 6.30 pm on 26th September, the Planning Committee of the Chelsea Society met with the Residents’ Associations of Chelsea to discuss matters of common interest, at Christchurch School Hall, Christchurch St, London SW3 .

Matters discussed included:

  • 1. Compliance with Planning Permission
    2. Compliance with Building Regulations
    3. Compliance with CTMPs
    4. Parking
    5. Neighbour noise
    6. Refusal of Planning permission if no satisfactory CTMP
    7. Thamesbrook care home
    8. St Wilfred’s care home
  • 9. Chelsea Boats
  • 10. Motor bike noise
    11. Sloane St
  • 12 Heathrow third runway

The meeting was addressed by Cllr. Will Pascall, Lead Member at RBKC for Planning and Transport, and Ms. Carolyn Goddard, RBKC officer responsible for enforcement.
