will be held at 6 pm on MONDAY 16th NOVEMBER 2026

at CHELSEA OLD TOWN HALL, KING’S ROAD, LONDON SW3

1. WELCOME of Members and official guests by Chairman

 

2. MINUTES of the last Annual General Meeting held on Monday 18th November 2025   (Published in the Society’s Annual Report for the year 2025).

 

3. THE PRESIDENCY of the Society

 

4. CHELSEA SOCIETY ART PRIZE – The President will congratulate the winner

 

5. THE COUNCIL of the Society – Three members of Council will retire by rotation

 

6. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT for the year ending on the date of the AGM

 

7. RESOLUTIONS (if any)

 

8. ADDRESS by invited speakers

 

9. ACCOUNTS for the financial year ended 30 June 2025.

 

10. Wine and soft drinks will be served at the back of the hall, where the Officers and members of The Society’s Council look forward to meeting with members and guests.

Admission to the meeting is restricted to paid-up Members of The Chelsea Society, and official guests.
