The Council of RBKC has written to the Government asking them to make regulations making it easier for the Council to put tenants into some very expensive empty flats and houses against the wishes of their owners, pursuant to section 134 of Housing Act 2004.
This is a very controversial issue on which the Chelsea Society is consulting its members. Members should send their views before 1st November to planning@chelseasociety.org.uk
