The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has commissioned an independent review to look at how the Council’s decisions are made, how open and transparent they are and how residents are involved in Council decisions.
The review is being carried out by the Centre for Public Scrutiny (CfPS) an independent national charity which specialises in governance and public scrutiny alongside the Democratic Society, a not for profit organisation who specialise in democracy and public participation.
The Society was invited to make a written submission. To read it click here GOVERNANCE – TCS submission 26.2.18
