The renowned author, James Holland, will meet with us from 6-8pm at Waterstones Bookshop on the Kings Road to discuss his book “Brothers in Arms” – a very detailed and gripping account of what it was like to land on the Normandy beaches and fight in a tank from D-Day until the end of the war. He will tell us what it must be like today for the Ukrainian tank crews.
Waterstones bookshop will remain open but there will be a private area downstairs reserved for Chelsea Society Members and guests. NB There is a flight of stairs and no lift, so please have a look before you book if you have any difficulty with stairs.
Tickets £15 per person to include Wine & Canapés. You will also be able to exchange your ticket for a copy of the book.
Members may bring guests. Non-members who are not guests should visit “Join Us” on our website and join before attending.
Tickets are available from the Box Office of the Cadogan Hall, 3 Sloane Terrace, London, SW1X 9DQ in person, or by post with cheque payable to Cadogan Hall, or by phone 0207-730-4500 (booking not available online). A charge is made by Cadogan Hall for card payments
