Lord Moynihan

Event date | Mar 31, 2025

Jon Moynihan will speak to The Chelsea Society on 31st March 2025 at Chelsea Old Town Hall.  In his book “Return to Growth” Volumes One and Two he provides a detailed analysis of our no-growth world, and detailed proposals to get the UK back on course to  growth.  He identifies the causes of our stagnation – high government spending, excessive tax and regulation and too much bureaucratic interference and waste – and argues that if we are to return to growth we need to address these, while embracing free markets, free trade and sound money.

Lord Moynihan is a businessman, philanthropist and venture capitalist, with a Master’s Degree in Finance and Economics from MIT.   He was the founder Chairman of the Helen Bamber Foundation, and for a number of years the President of the Royal Albert Hall.

Tickets £25 (to include a glass of wine) available from the Box Office of the Cadogan Hall, 3 Sloane Terrace, London, SW1X 9DQ in person, or by phone 0207-730-4500  NB. The meeting is at Chelsea Old Town Hall, not at the Cadogan Hall.
