2018 Meeting with Residents’ Associations of Chelsea

At 6.30 pm on 26th September 2018 the Planning Committee of the Chelsea Society met with the Residents’ Associations of Chelsea at Christchurch School Hall, Christchurch St, London SW3 .

Present:

Michael Stephen (Chairman); Sir Paul Lever (Brompton-Hans Ward); Chris Lenon (Royal Hospital Ward); Martyn Baker (Chelsea Riverside Ward).  Apologies Laura Carrara-Cagni (Stanley Ward)

The Following Residents’ Associations were represented:

Sydney Street; Paultons Sq; Astell St; CARA; Whitelands House; PTRA; Old Church St; Oakley St.; KRACR; Jubilee Place; Markham Sq; MISARA; Dovehouse St; Lawrence St; Cheyne Walk Trust; St. Leonard’s Terrace; Shawfield St; Markham St;

Cadogan were also represented

Cllr. Josh Rendell attended

Matters discussed included:

1. Compliance with Planning Permission
2. Compliance with Building Regulations
3. Compliance with CTMPs
4. Parking
5. Neighbour noise
6. Refusal of Planning permission if no satisfactory CTMP
7. Thamesbrook care home
8. St Wilfred’s care home, Tite St.

9. Chelsea Boats

10. Motor bike noise

11. Sloane St

12 Heathrow third runway

The meeting was addressed by Cllr. Will Pascall, Lead Member at RBKC for Planning and Transport, and Ms. Carolyn Goddard, RBKC officer responsible for enforcement.
