Many members will know Rob McGibbon, who is a journalist and the very helpful instigator of the on-line petitions to Make Battersea Bridge Safe, and also opposing the Glassmill Tower Block Development, and helping the houseboat community. He is launching an electronic local newspaper to be called The Chelsea Citizen, and is asking for the support of local people. See
